Before Verd entered the market in 2018, the competitor landscape was extremely fragmented, with ~300 small players and a dominant agency with about 15% market share.
Today Verd organically covers the whole of eastern Norway. In addition, they have acquired agencies in Trondheim and Bergen, and is still on a mission to make tough times a bit easier for their costumers.

Verd
Verd’s Henrik Tveter has a MSc in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). After his studies, he has worked both as a broker at Cleanworld AS and as an advisor for climate and energy at WWF Norway. But in 2018 he was onto new adventures, and started researching the funeral market in Norway. Today, Henrik and Verd organically covers the whole of eastern Norway. In addition, we have acquired agencies in Trondheim and Bergen and continuing to cover bigger parts of Norway.
